Entry of Indian Students in the territory of Kazakhstan

As per decision of the competent authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Indian students studying in higher educational institutions/Universities in Kazakhstan are hereby allowed to enter the territory of Kazakhstan on the following conditions :-
i) The student must have an Invitation letter from the educational institution/University and a valid Student Visa.
ii) The student must have received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
iii) The student must carry a negative COVID-PCR test result with validity of no more than 72 hours at the time of arrival in Kazakhstan.
iv) The student must follow mandatory 14 days of home quarantine upon arrival in Kazakhstan.
